My projects
Hello to all those that read my Blog,
I am a cutter by trade & I design & make many different types of items. Here are some of the items I have made from past years of work. Many cushions with patchwork designs I have designed myselfwith my EQ5 program. I now have alot of quilt designs, some 350+ deisgns including some 80 blocks I have designed myself. I am currently working on writing abook with my designs in it. Work is slow on it & very slow progress is being made. However I have completed 5 designs for the book sofar.
Recently I have been making trousers for myself in size 112cm seat, with a 2 piece waistband & belt loops, side pockets & linings & facings fob pockets on each front pocket. The pockets linings are made form upholstery fabric sample books fabric i was given & no-one can even tell it has linings made from these fabrics. They are very strong & will not wear out easily. When I use my cutting machine I lay out fabrics using my fabric stand which holds the roll on a bar between the stand, clamped onto the table I call my cutting table. I have a modest workroom, also known as my cutting room. All my fabrics are stored under the table on a wooden pallet which I covered in canvas fabric. I have some pictures to show to those interested in seeing them.
